About
My name is Reo-Blü Caré, and I’m the founder of Blü Brain Counselling. As a registered therapist through the ACA, I specialise in working with children to support their mental and emotional well-being. My passion for child mental health stems from a strong belief that helping young minds understand their thoughts and feelings is key to creating a brighter, more resilient future.
At Blü Brain Counselling, I provide a warm, safe, and nurturing space where children can explore their emotions without fear or judgment. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming for young people—whether it’s anxiety, sadness, low self-esteem, difficulties at school, or simply not feeling like themselves. I use creative, gentle, and age-appropriate approaches to help children express their feelings, make sense of their experiences, and develop the tools they need to feel calmer, stronger, and more confident.
Each child is unique, and I take time to understand their needs, tailoring my support to suit their personality and challenges. Through a blend of conversation, play-based techniques, art, and other creative methods, I encourage children to share their world in a natural way. I aim to help every child feel heard, supported, and empowered as they learn to navigate their emotions and discover their inner strengths.
Fostering emotional well-being in children not only helps them through their current struggles but also equips them with the skills to handle future challenges.
